By opening a CryonFX account, accessing the platform or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. We may update these terms as the platform changes; material changes are published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and be resident in a jurisdiction where CryonFX services are offered. Accounts are personal to you and may not be opened on behalf of another person without written authorisation.

• You confirm the information you provide during onboarding is accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for determining whether using the service is lawful where you live.
• We may decline, suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be verified.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Enable every security control available to you and notify CryonFX immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. CryonFX will never ask you for your password.

Orders are executed on a best-efforts basis. Prices shown on the platform are indicative until an order is filled, and market conditions such as volatility, gaps and low liquidity may cause execution at a different price to the one displayed. We may reject, cancel or adjust orders that result from an obvious error, a technical fault or manipulative activity.

• Leverage increases both potential profit and potential loss.
• Positions may be closed automatically if account margin falls below the required level.
• Market hours, contract specifications and available instruments can change without notice.

Applicable spreads, financing charges and any transaction fees are shown on the platform before you confirm an order. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts held in your own name. Withdrawals are processed once identity and source-of-funds checks are complete.

Deposit bonuses, referral rewards and similar promotions are offered at our discretion and are subject to their own published conditions. We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and may reverse credited amounts where a promotion has been abused or where the qualifying activity is reversed.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, market abuse, automated activity that degrades service for other clients, or attempts to probe, scrape or interfere with our infrastructure. Programmatic access is permitted only through our documented interfaces and within published rate limits.

The CryonFX name, marks, interface designs, documentation and software are owned by CryonFX or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them for the purpose of accessing your account.

To the extent permitted by law, CryonFX is not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including connectivity failures, exchange outages and force majeure events. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may close your account at any time once open positions are settled and obligations are met. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continuing the relationship would expose either party to unacceptable risk.

Complaints should be raised with the CryonFX team through the contact page, and we will acknowledge and investigate them. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting CryonFX entity is established.
