This policy applies to visitors to the CryonFX website and to clients who open and operate a CryonFX trading account. It explains what information we hold, why we hold it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you give us, information generated when you use the platform, and information from third parties who help us verify identity and prevent fraud.

• Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, nationality, address, email and phone number.
• Verification records: identity documents, proof of address and source-of-funds information.
• Account and trading activity: orders, positions, balances, deposits and withdrawals.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, and pages viewed on this website.

We process personal information to open and operate your account, execute and settle trades, meet identity-verification and anti-money-laundering obligations, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the platform. Where we rely on your consent — for example for marketing email — you can withdraw it at any time.

We share information only where it is necessary: with service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure under contract, with identity-verification and payment partners, with professional advisers, and with regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal information.

Some of our providers operate outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally we use contractual safeguards designed to keep the level of protection consistent with the standards described in this policy.

Account, trading and verification records are retained for the period required by financial-services record-keeping rules, typically several years after an account is closed. Website analytics data is kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer required it is deleted or anonymised.

Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it, data is encrypted in transit, and infrastructure is monitored for unusual activity. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to protect your own credentials and enable every account-security control offered to you.
