Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and pixels — work in comparable ways. Together they let a site remember your choices, keep you signed in, and understand how pages are used.

We group the technologies on this site into four categories.

• Strictly necessary: sign-in sessions, security tokens and load balancing. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences: language selection, light or dark theme, and layout choices you have made.
• Analytics: aggregated measurement of which pages are visited and where errors occur.
• Marketing: measurement of campaign performance, used only where you have consented.

Your language and theme selections are stored in your browser rather than on our servers. Clearing site data resets them to the defaults.

Some cookies are set by providers who supply parts of the site, such as font delivery, error reporting and analytics. These providers may see technical data including your IP address, and they process it under contract with CryonFX.

Session cookies are removed when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — typically from a few days for measurement cookies up to twelve months for preference cookies — unless you delete them sooner.

You can delete existing cookies and block new ones through your browser settings, and most browsers allow per-site controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using parts of the platform.

As the site changes, the technologies described here may change too. Updates are published on this page with a revised date.
